F#11 Guitar Chord

A wide, open sound. On guitar, the third is almost always omitted in practice as it clashes with the eleventh (a semitone apart). The fifth is also commonly omitted.

How to play the F#11 chord on guitar

Read the string pattern 2–1–2–1–0–0 from the low E string to the high E string. Numbers in the pattern are frets; numbers in the colored dots are left-hand fingers. X means a muted string and 0 means an open string.
