Chords and transposition

Every song shows its chords inline. Change the key from the toolbar above the song — chords recalculate instantly. Hover a chord to see its fingering; click the diagram to open the chord encyclopedia with fingerings, tones and variants for guitar, ukulele and piano.

Songbooks

Once signed in, build your own songbooks with the "Add to songbook" button on any song page. Share a songbook by link — the recipient sees all public songs plus your own, including drafts. Each song in a songbook can keep its own transposition and capo.

Follow-mode auto-scroll

Start "Auto-scroll" on a song page. Constant mode scrolls at your chosen speed; the singing mode listens through the microphone and keeps the displayed line in sync with what you sing. Recognition runs on your device — no audio leaves it.

The first run downloads a recognition model, which your device then keeps for later. Which one depends on the language of the lyrics: Czech lyrics use a dedicated Czech model (~230 MB), lyrics in other languages a multilingual one. For the multilingual model you also pick a size — basic (~230 MB) downloads faster, more accurate (~600 MB) follows singing more reliably.

Tuner

Before you play, tune your guitar or ukulele right in the browser. The tuner listens through the microphone, measures to better than one cent, and the all-strings mode checks the whole tuning with a single open strum. You will find it in the left menu and in the toolbar on every song page.

Chord encyclopedia

The Chords section covers over a thousand chords for guitar, ukulele and piano: diagrams, fingerings, tones, alternative shapes and audio playback.
