Gadd9 Ukulele Chord

A fresh major chord sound enriched with a ninth, but without the seventh. Popular in pop and indie rock. Unlike the full ninth chord (9), it contains no seventh tension.

How to play the Gadd9 chord on ukulele

Read the string pattern 2–2–3–2 from the G string to the A string. Numbers in the pattern are frets; numbers in the colored dots are left-hand fingers. 0 means an open string and X means a muted string.
