How to play the Cmaj11 chord on piano

Split the recommended voicing between the hands: play C3 and B3 with the left hand and F4 and D5 with the right. Suggested fingering is 5–1 on the left and 1–5 on the right (1 is the thumb). This practical voicing omits the third and perfect fifth (E and G) so the third does not clash with the eleventh.
